Hello!
Reflexion Support has indicated that some customers may be experiencing delays in both inbound and outbound emails. Reflexion engineering is aware and actively working on this, and we will provide an update as soon as we receive findings from their investigation.

This issue has been resolved by Reflexion support. Inbound/outbound email functionality has returned to normal and there should be no further delays.
