Hello!

We wanted to inform you that Microsoft has recently adjusted the default security settings within O365. Specifically, forwarding emails to external domain has been disabled unless it was already explicitly set to allow. CalTech has been discussing the best way to approach this so our customers can maintain communication external forwarding (while maintaining the current security posture).
Please consult with any users who may have email set auto forwarding to an external contact such as a vendor, contractor etc., and send their email addresses to tickets@caltech.com. From there, we will take the appropriate steps to ensure these can be delivered.

If you have any questions or concerns, please email tickets@caltech.com or call 325-223-6100.

Thank you!
CalTech Team

Hello!

CalTech is currently monitoring a global issue with Zix Link Protect. Users will get an "invalid response from filter engine error". If the user knows the link is safe, they can still click "proceed to link". We currently have a high priority ticket open with Zix who is aware and actively working to resolve the issue. We will send updates as we have more information or when the issue is resolved.

If you have any questions or concerns, please email tickets@caltech.com or call 325-223-6100.

Thank you!
